I was familiar with many great nature photos taken in Costa Rica, so I jumped at the chance to go for a couple weeks with a good friend of mine on an organized nature photography workshop. We photographed endless hummingbirds, frogs, toucans, bats and vultures. Most of it in a torrent of daily rainstorms. Thank goodness we went in the dry season.

Singapore Luxury
Singapore is sometimes referred to as Asia Light or Asia 101. Everyone speaks English, you are statistically safer here than anywhere in the world, the food is wonderful, cabs are cheap and plentiful, trains are always on time and the airport is rated the best in the universe. Madrid, Spain
Bullfighting would be more likely associated with Madrid, Spain than its architecture. However, the draw for me was some uniquely designed buildings and staircases. The bullfights had ended about a month before my arrival.
